Booking FAQs

• Booking Deposit: When booking the Big Pink House a deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking, the remaining balance plus the refundable security deposit (see below) is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• Refundable Security Deposit: The refundable security deposit is due alongside the accommodation balance 4 weeks before arrival and is fully refunded within 1 week of departure, providing the property has been left clean & tidy with no major damages. One £750 refundable security deposit is due per booking.
• Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is included within the price for each reservation.
• Bed Linen & Towels: Each bed will be made with linen and towels. Towels are provided for indoor use only. Each guest must bring along their own towel for use outside by the hot tub.
• Dogs: Dogs are welcome! There is a small charge of £20 per dog per stay.
• Kitchen Basics: We provide a few basics to get you started in the kitchen, including: tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths and sponges. No food items aside from tea, coffee and sugar sachets are included.

Availability

Short breaks are very welcome in the Big Pink House – arrival days are Mondays or Fridays. We have a 3-night minimum stay.

Full week stays run from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.
